We start by talking to internal stakeholders to understand your mission, vision and business objectives, set research goals and discuss the parameters for the testing.

TIMING
The typical duration of brand concept testing is 3-4 weeks.

How we do it

We often conduct several test sessions, each with 8-10 members of a target audience. Depending on your objectives, we engage participants in a discussion around major themes, moderated by one of our experts, to validate internal assumptions about your target customers.

This approach allows us to obtain clear insight into your customers’ attitude, perceptions and behaviours, understand customers’ perceptions of your brand value and to delve deeper into what makes them purchase, use and upgrade.
