Where to start

We typically start by talking to key stakeholders to capture your overall strategic objectives, vision and mission and to define the key information we’re looking to garner.

From there, we commence an analysis of the competitive landscape, gathering information on similar organisation’s strengths and weaknesses, product lines and how they rate in regards to percieved quality, appearance, customer experience, visual approach and marketing approaches.

How we do it

We first work with you to define and understand who your competitors are. We then use the proprietary Akendi comparison matrix, which defines and measures the specific criteria of comparison.

Once we’ve collected the research data, we conduct a rigorous analysis of the data and make recommendations for experience areas of focus and improvement.

A competitive analysis often contains an Experience Quadrant analysis and the results of an expert focused review of competing products and services as they relate to the defined comparison matrix. We deliver a final report with our findings and priority recommendations.
