How it works4 sessions, 3 exercises & coaching

  • Take part in 4 interactive remote sessions of 1.5 hours each. Each session will have no more than 12 participants.
  • Complete 3 exercises in addition to attending sessions.
  • Receive support and feedback on the exercises from your instructor in between sessions.
  • Reach out to your instructor(s) and fellow participants at any time during the course.
